The Biewer Breed Club International, BBCI, originated with the intent to uphold the standard that was originally written by Mr. & Mrs. Biewer of Hansruck, Germany in 1984. The members of our club are dedicated people, who strive to educate the public, about this wonderful companion breed of dog. We are a group of breeders and pet owners alike. There is a growing popularity for the Biewer in the United States, Canada and abroad. With our beliefs centered in a strict breeding program, our members strive to keep the breed healthy and sound. We will only accept and recognize Biewers that have descended from German lines. We as a club are participating in shows and various activities.
