O.E.B.A REGISTRATION PAPERS

The O.E.B.A. has four tiers of registration

Dogs with screw tails, crooked tails, wry jaws, feet that turn out, feet that turn in, and dogs down in the pastern will be issued Red Non-Breeding papers.

All dogs that can be traced to David Leavitt's original lines, will be eligible for Blue O.E.B.A Registration Papers, with the exception of brother x sister, father x daughter, mother x son litters, and red paper dogs.

Gold Certificate of Merit (C.O.M) registrations were established to identify and acknowledge Bulldogges with excellent conformation, movement, temperament, and hip x-rays. All dogs with blue papers are eligible. Dogs can be submitted for C.O.M. considerations in person or by video, contact the O.E.B.A for details.

Gold Registrations of Merit (R.O.M.) will be issued to litters from two C.O.M. parents. The C.O.M./ R.O.M. system increases the chance of producing first quality pups, since the high quality of both parents has been certified. The R.O.M. is further assurance of quality to the puppy buyer, as well as a symbol that the breeder is working under the direction of breed founder, David Leavitt.
